adv. Eran Yulish
Adv. Yulish earned his LL.B. from Tel Aviv University (1988) and was licensed to practice law in 1990.
A naval officer in the IDF carrying the rank of major (in reserve), Adv. Yulish served on a submarine flotilla and filled various positions of command.
Adv. Yulish has broad engineering and technical knowledge.
Adv. Yulish is a veteran litigator and mediator in a wide variety of fields of law including tort, insurance, real estate, building and planning, banking and financial law, professional malpractice and more.
For over 20 years Adv. Yulish focused on representing insurance companies in all areas of insurance and related litigations - including pecuniary and bodily injury claims, disability claims, personal accident, injury and care insurance claims, life insurance, professional and medical malpractice.
For close to a decade Adv. Yulish has dedicated his career to mediation and arbitration and currently serves exclusively in these capacities.
As such Adv. Yulish's mediation and arbitration center deal with disputes in the fields of insurance, tort, property and bodily injury claims, professional and medical malpractice which include engineering related cases, real property claims, civil and commercial disputes and labor disputes in the private sector.
Assisting Adv. Yulish is Ms. Keren Azugi, a lawyer with vast experience in representing clients and mediating.
The mediation center is located on the second floor of 103 Hashmonaim St. in Tel Aviv, which has been remodeled specifically for this purpose and contains several meeting rooms to enable all-party and ex-parte discussions.
